Default Fixed my 2005 250 bayou today

Took it out the other day a short ride I new I was low on gas so what happens I ran out of gas no problem parked it and walked home. Put gas in it started it was not running good it had no power got it home. I did some checking air filter, replaced spark plug, checked fuel line and fuel valve all good. Did oil & filter Chang also changer final drive oil. Still had the same problem no power. The next day took it out it started it idled in neutral but when I pressed on the throttle it bodged down that took me to the carbarator. I took the air box out there is rubber boot on the cab. Took that off now looking into the the carb it looks clean had some carb cleaner and sprayed what ever is saw was able operate the throttle as I was spraying put it all back to gather and it worked now I have full power when the throttle is pressed. I can only guess put with the tank low on gas must have sucked some dirt into the carb. There is no fuel filter between the tank and the carb going to put one in. Hope this helps some one. This is my first post be kind. Thank you.

There is a filter. It is inside the fuel inlet on the carb. If you grab it with needle nose, it will come out for cleaning.
