A friend of mine is building a 01 Raptor with a 750cc Kawasaki triple two stroke motor of an old street bike! motor dynoed at 125hp... what do you guys think of this beast?

he had the first ever built +12 from Eyeball engineering just made for her!

 

Well, he won't be flipping over but he might have a HUGE Traction problem, especially with the swingarm being so far out and having so much HP. If he can make it hook then it will rip. This one is going to come down to traction I believe.

 

i totally agree.... and i also think he went a little overboard on the swingarm. I have seen 100+hp banshees on +8 and+10 swingarms doing just fine!

 

In the early 80's the only atv made was a honda 90. So my father extended the frame of a honda 90 only 9 inches but it was only at 90 hp. Virtually undrivable, meant only for the flat drags, no suspension, had a strong wheelie bar, and he was the fastest in tucson for 2 years.

 

the H2 engines are cool but you cannot get the kind of power out of them that you can out of a different kind of hybrid engine. Good luck trying to find parts for them though.
