Hola Bomby owners! I am looking to purchase my first 4 wheeler for hunting trips to Colorado and New Mexico and have pretty much sold myself on the Bombardier, however, I am having trouble picking one!

I have been looking at the Quest 500 or Outlander 400. Which one is better for rocky trails and super steep inclines? The TTI on the Outlander seems to be great for rough terrain but the Quest seems like the tougher of the 2 machines for really nasty terrain. Any suggestions or feedback is appreciated!

 

Never rode an outlander for any great amount of time, I did own a 650 quest and it left a lot to be desired, at least to me. It had great pulling power and was fast, thats the best I can say for the one I had, it easily got stuck in mud. If you are looking for power go with the 500 quest, great in rough terain. I have herd a lot of good things about the outlanders as well.

 

I have an Outlander 400 and have found it to be a really excellent machine. Put some good tires on it and you should be good to go.

 

Of those two the Outlander. It would fit your needs you discribed better.
