Default UNI filter p/n for 2004 ETON Viper 50CC

I called UNI and they will "look into the application and will add it to their web site in about a month".
Does anyone here have this info on hand?
Thanks.

We have one on my sons 2004 Viper 50. I believe it is a 1 1/2" Uni. Picked it up
at Peak Powersports (www.dirtrides.com). You will also want the outerwear,
oil, and cleaner for it.

the filter that fits it is a universal filter with a 1 1/2" inlet and i believe 4 " long. also get the one that has the angled mounting flange. the angled flange will keep it farther away from the front tire. you will also have to go up on your main jet to run the uni filter.

Gentlemen,

Thanks for the info on the UNI filter. I do plan to re-jet.
One last question.
It sounds from Mark's response (about proximity to the tire), that you totally remove the airbox to install this. Seems like it might be ok, as long as you don't go through any water and clean regularly. Correct?
Just making sure.
Thanks again.

to use the uni filter you do have to remove the filter box. the uni filter mounts directly to the carb. get a outer we ar for it and use the spray filter oil on it and the water will affect the filter very little.
