Hello does anyone know how to make a bombardier traxter max street legal?

 

I have seen people do it with mud flaps, license plate holder and light, turn signals, mirrors, DOT approved tires, and horn but it depends on where you live, some places will just NOT let you make it street legal and some will easily.
