change of pace, kawasaki ninja or yamaha 600R?

hey trusty and loyal people, i am looking into buying a crotch rocket, i need help deciding. the CBR is out of the question (too much money) and so is the GSX600 (tooo racy for street) so tell me what you think.
i may consider and earlyer GSX like 95-97 if people tell me that it isnt to racy. and i also want to know about the ninja and the yamaha 600R thanx for all the help. laters

The 600R is not a true crotch rocket IMO.....

If you wanna go Yammy...get a 99 R6 or something... But the YZF-600R, you'll be dissapointed if your looking for high performance and handling...
