Is this a good sport/utility quad for the money....it looks cool, but is it to heavy for the 350 engine? The next biggest Yamaha makes is the what????

I like my Wolvy very well. It's not as heavy as most 4X4s. It's based on a Warrior engine so there is Quite a bit of performance stuff for it. In my opinion it handles better than the larger machines. I guess the next larger machine is a 400 Kodiac.

The most fun 4x4 out there, unless you want an automatic. Does everything well. I love mine.

Well, if you decide its not strong enough you can stroke the moter from a 430 up to a 508. Its pricey but hey, its only money. The kodiak is the next step but if your buying new then get the 450, not the 400. The wolv is definitly sportier than the kodiak but the kodiak has more mudding torque in stock form. stroke the wolv and add a Detroit Gearless Locker and it ought to smoke alot of quads. Thats my future plans for mine.....now where did I see that money tree?

Mine was great... 100% trouble free! Only thing I didn't like about it was mud protection and not geared low enough for big tires and mud boggin'

i made a mistake on the stroker size. it is 430 or 460. Not 508.

the wolverine is a very good machine, it should have enough power to do what you want it to do, ive heard if you put a pipe on it it adds more power, as for its 4x4 ability, i havnt gotten stuck yet!

Vampire Rider - The Stroker kits from FST are 435 and 446. He also makes a 366 engine as well.

YamaDude1 - I live in Flemington, its just over the hill from Clarksburg. What would you like to know about it??

By the way are you related to Stoney Bee, the guy who has the sporting goods store??
