Is the Wolverine hard to steer because of the 4x4? I've also heard that it bends easily on minor impacts, is this true?

The wolverine is an awesome quad for sport and mudding, i dont know why i sold mine. But if u want something fo top speed dont get this one it does around 53 mph. the only problem i had was the brakes. Its very lite for a 4x4 and just put a pipe on it and its great.

The Wolvy is not as hard to steer as the heavier 4x4s out there The warn 424 disconnect makes it eaven eaiser. I have had my Wolvy for 5+ years and have rode it as hard as anyone and have not bent anything but the front rack That was done when I flipped it in 5th WFO trying to avoid someone's dog. My riding pals have had Wolvy's since they came out in 95. I have been around 6or 7 Wolvys for all those years and haven't seen anybody bend anything other than a rack or handlebar in a crash.

The only thing I've bent is that plate under the front bumper that guards the front differential ... and I hit a stump in a swamp deal WFO 2nd gear. It's still like that, didn't hurt it much. They are solid as can be. Trust me I'm not that nice to mine

Oh man, where did you get your manual clutch kit? I had to send parts of my bike off to Mickey Dunlap and have him do it. He modifies the existing parts that you send him and sends them back with a clutch cable. I havent heard of anyone else that builds manual clutches for them. All of the side cases should be the same if its off of a Wolverine. If you can tell me more about the kit that you have, I might be able to tell you more about it.

I hear ya SpeedDemon I'd love to know where to get the manual clutch kit without sending mine off.
YamaDude 1 let us know about your kit for the manual clutch.
