Default DS650 for the Baja 1000

I picked up AZSAND DS650 a few weeks ago to build and race at this years Baja 1000. When it got back to San Diego it was stripped down to a bare frame and sandblasted. The frame has been gusseted, a-arms swingarm and stem are built and it all goes to powder Monday. Would you guys be interested in seeing pics of the DS through the building process? It should start going back together on Saturday!

Yeah, that would be excellent to see. I have a site we could post some of them at. The only problem is the site's name is fintered out here. However, if you try looking for the most obvious DS650 website on the internet, you might find it. Or do a search on Yahoo, some days it lists #1, some days it lists #4 behind the BENQ DS650 projectors.

I took some pics of the frame gusseting today before it left for powdercoat. The frame lower aarms and swingarm will be red. The subframe, upper arms, steering stem, fender supports and motor mounts are chrome. The enging side cases will be polished and Bombardier and Rotax will be red. The quad will have TBR 0+1 aarms with Elka shocks and a TBR stock length swingarm. The steering stem will be a TBR +1 with GPRs new steering stabilizer. Graydon exhaust, bumpers, skidplate and CDI. Edelbrock carb. Trailtech bars, there new HID lights will be mounted in the stock Baja location. Big 8in HIDs lights will be mounted on a custom TBR quick release light bar. IMS quick fuel tank and allot more that I will add later! We are trying to have the quad done to test at a race on Oct. 12th and 18th. The quad will than be stripped down again to prep for the Baja 1000 on Nov.20-23rd!
