I was at the dealership a couple days ago talking to the salesman about getting my new 400 Explorer, But I told him I wasn't really happy with the color of the EXP., So wegot talking about changing the color and graphics, on a new 400 EXP. He said that for $200.00 he will get the Sportsman 500 yellow plastic with 96 400 EXP. Decals and install it for me. The 96 deceals have the Blue and purple with silver 4x4. I think that would be really COOL!! Tell me what you guys think... Thanks Bosty

This would be a pretty good idea and the price seems reasonable if you want yellow
Have a friend who put the blue diesel plastic on his 00 Sportsman with a new decal kit dont know the cost but its one of a kind so far. Everyone wants know if Polaris is doing it but he did it himself.

That sounds like a good deal to me. Someone on here posted a pic of their Mag500 with yellow plastic and Mag 500 decals with I believe the "aluminum walk plate" style background. It looked really good.

The yellow plastic for 200? all of it even the pod? I wanted a yellow sportsman so bad! My girlfriend loves yellow.

Today at my dealer I saw a limited edition production run of the 2000 Sportsman with "SILVER METALIC" plastic and an awesome decal package that had the steel checker-plate design on them. Cool Bud, check it out!
