whats faster in terms of acceleration and top speed, a trail blazer 400 or a scrambler 500 4x4?

 

Easily a 400.It is lighter,quicker,2 stroke and is capable of 80+hp. The 500 is a great quad,very dependable,lots of power and the best of both worlds with the 4x4.

 

do the tb 400's really go 80? i seriously doubt that

 

oh nevermind, my bad...how much hp does it have stock? the 400 i mean

 

yeah iv seen my buddies race there 03 tb 400 and his 03 scrambler 500 4x4 and the 400 beat it by 3-4 bike lengths. its quik.

The 400 will beat the 500. My 500 is at stage 2 and my buds 400 is bone stock and he beats me. I smoke him off the line, but he gets ahead of me by about 4 lengths then we stay dead even. I can strap him to mine and pull him up a hill sceaming though. lol The torque is what sold me on the 500. He just don't have it and can't get it.

 

A stock 400 is 38hp.
