Default Possible problem while changing my oil!!!!

i drained the oil tank and crankcase of the old oil and replaced the oil filter. i also tilted my raptor on two wheels to get the access oil out from the crankcase(lots of oil stays in).....ok now when i was refilling the oil tank with oil, i was planing to placed 1.85qts and start it and rev it 3-5 times like the manual says but before i got the that 1.85qts (i was at 1.75qts) i noticed that the oil in the oil tank is filled to the top and over flowing and not going down...i unscrewed the drain plug from the crankcase and no oil was coming out, so im afraid the start it.....what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!

Default Possible problem while changing my oil!!!!

You can usea nozzle and blow air into the resv tank which forces it down through the hoses into the motor.
You can disconnect the ignition by pulling the orange wire from the coil
Now pull the filter back off
With this done turn the raptor over for a few seconds until oil is pumping out where the filter goes
Put the filter back on...reconnect the wire and blammo

By leaving the oil filter off and ignition disconnected you are sure your motor won't hurt itself by running until it has oil pressure
