I installed K&N filter in my 04 700. Do I have to re-get? If so what size main and what position for the needle jet. Also have any of you guy put holes in the air box? Seems pretty restricted as far as airflow.

 

02's have 165 main jets, 03's wet to 155.5 due to the bike was to rich. No Idea what is in the 04. AS for more air you can always unscrew the snorkle from the airbox, or run a whole new snorkle to your bike using 2" PVC- thats what I did.
