Default blaster suddenly became hard to start...??

my blaster is running fine but just recenlty in the last few weeks ( when it's cold, like from over night) it takes a long time to start. like anywhere from 10 to 15 kicks. is this normal b/c is just getting cold outside or what? i don't think it's compression because when i warm it up or cut it off from a ride, it starts on the first kick. i don't get it.

I gotta ask the obvious.. Did you try using the choke?? Cold weather throws jetting off a little, kick it 5-6times real slow w/ the run switch off to prime the motor.

yeah its always alot harder to start in the winter (or colder months) on ther really cold days last winter i was trying to start it for a good 15 minutes. but that is really cold. thats normal, and you will want to rejet if your riding in the winter if its going to get colder
