I recently bought a 99 300cc Arctic Cat. I feel I got a good deal on it but was curious as to what other owners think of them and what reliability issues it might have. I have had it out once for a ride and found it a improvement over my old 454 Bearcat. I put approx. 50 miles on it last Sunday in the mud and it did fairly well.

I have a 2000 250 (same setup) and I have never regretted it. Only real problem I have had is the cable shifter linkage...if this starts to go on you, install an 03 and newer solid shifter linkage. Other than that, I feel I got a bike as capable as any other quad and saved a few grand to boot.
