Default paddle tires and snow?

can anyone tell me if paddle tires work better in snow that holeshot tires? Right now I have a set of Kenda sand Geckos on one set of rims and a set of holeshots on another set of rims. I was going to keep the paddle tires for winter unless they were usless, in which case i would sell them.

Thanks

I would think the holeshots would be better in the snow....think of a high performance street tire versus a BFGoodrich all-terrain tire in the snow......no contest.

i would think that paddles would work fine if ur only riding is super soft powder. I've seen snomobiles winning drag races on the sand and their treads work great in the snow too. it seems to me that in super soft powder paddles would do better. also, if u decide not to use the paddles, keep them. they will come in handy next summer, and depending on where u ride, u can dune all summer. It's quick and easy to switch tires.
