Well im sure its just like installing any cam Buy the service manual, or i think there is one online, dont know if thats legal or not, but you may save 60$ Follow it religously. In a nut shell, remove all oil and water lines, removea all grounds on the engine. Once there are no more wires/tubes restricting the engine remove the front plastics/gasstank/carb then take the engine mounts off. Twist the engine so the top of it hangs out, remove the head (follow the manual like it were gods word here) line up the cam as the manual says. Put new springs in if its a real agressive cam. Use manual to put it back together and run it, then adjust valves. Once you get a manual and follow it, its pritty simple. Might be a fews days work or a few hours work, depending on how familiar you are with your quad.

ok you dont need to turn your engine sideways to install the cam. Go to raptortranny.com and go to the tranny rebuild and it will walk you through it step by step to do what is needed. Heres the link for the manual raptor manual then right click and save target as. Also follow the adjustment specs from hotcams when your done installing.

Just made life easier with it sideways, for me anyways. It is nice to keep all the lines in tact tho.
