I found one on ebay a couple of weeks ago, and now I can not find one anywhere. Here is a pic of it. It is a whole bumper that you can mount the winch to, instead of those ratty looking mounting plates clamped onto my OEM bumper.

Thanks, for those links but they are only for mounts not full bumpers with the mount built in.
