Default In gear, barely moves - ATC 200e 1982

When I put my ATC 200e into gear, ti doesn't move unless I get off it and start to push it. It will only move if I'm pushing it. Don't know if this can be transmission fluid, chain adjustment, or ?

I don't have a manual so I don't know how much fluid to add or how to adjust the chain. That's if thats the problem. Any suggestion would be helpful.

I don't know much about these little old bikes, but I would guess it's the auto clutch.

your clutch most likely needs adjustment, but it may be too far gone if the machine barely moves. on the side of the gearbox, above the shifter there is a nut with what looks like a slotted screw in the center. this is the clutch adjustment. you need to do something with it, but i don't know exactly what. i don't have my manual handy(its 400 miles away). i believe you loosen the nut, turn the screw in till its firm and back off 1/4 turn. then tighten nut.
