I have rode a raptor and a kfx with those and it is just about as soft as stock. From what I have heard there is too much hose distance and fluid to move for the stock master cylinder. I put of factory '04 DS lines and they work excellent. I am very happy, they fit perfect, and the brake lever is so stiff small people can't even set the parking brake. I got mine delivered from my dealer for $85 including new washers. Hope this helps.

Yep, I ordered the back one off of ebay. It is probably from the same company that is selling the fronts. The back one didn't make much difference because it is real easy to lock up the rear anyway.

I got a whole set (front's and rear) off of e-bay a while back. Brand new in the package from www.streamlinebrakes.com

It set me back $67.00 (one of those great e-bay deals).

They were a custom made set also, I had the front line lengthened 2" for my extended steering stem.

came with all the goodies (copper washers, new bolts, and nice fancy stickers for the toolbox).

Sorry guys, been gone all week. I don't have a part number for the '04 lines, but your dealer should be able to find them quickly. There is just one part. The front line is one piece and there is black protectors on part of the lines to protect from chaffing. There is also bolt on clips to attach them to the newer a-arms. I just took these off and zip tied them on. As far as braking goes, I am very happy. Almost rock hard lever and it is easy to lock up the front tires any time I want, even on concrete.
