E-Track- Good? How do you use it properly?

E-Track- Good? How do you use it properly?
I'm looking at adding E-Track to the trailer. Is anyone using this to secure their ATV's? How well does it hold? Do you mount it with just wood screws? How about pull direction - do you pull in line witht the slots or perpendicular to the slots?
