Off Topic--91 S10 Pickup??
I'll try to remember to measure mine tonight. I know my Sport 400 fits in the bed. I have to run over the wheelwells, but that isn't a big deal. I'd say if your pred is 6-8" wider than my sport, you won't make it.

I have an 1986 S10 extended cab short bed and I pretty sure they are still the same stlye in 1991 and I ran out there real quick and here is what I found:
Bed width: 58.50 inches
Between the wheel wells: 40.25 inches
Bed width: 58.50 inches

Damn, 58.8" wide? COOL..i'll have no prob getting it to fit then! The pred is only 47.5" wide! At least thats what the book says! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Thanks alL!

You will have to jump the wheel wells, watch out though you could end up in the glass[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

58.. umm that almost 6 feet... full size trucks are that big... i no my 2000 s10 is like 50 inches... and the older ones look the same if not smaller. either way a pred will fit in the back but you do hafta go over the wheel wells which sucks.

Cool..thanks guys! 50 is gonna be tight, and i dont mind going over the wheel wells. I'll prob put some sort of guard up to protect the rear window! LOL
Going to look at the truck tomorrow. Any Opinions on the S-10s? Its a 4.3 v6 auto. Got quite a few miles on it, 186 thousand, which is quite alot, but it doesnt burn any oil or anything, no leaks. Hes done quite a bit to it. So how are they for reliability? He says the 4wd works great and such. NO tranny problems. Any problem areas i should look out for? thanks!

You made me think I measured wrong but I went back out and I get the same measurements but now 6 foot is 72 inches and the thats the bed length.
