Default how does your quad start when it's really cold?

this question is asked because my '00 sportsman fires right up using the choke w/o any throttle in very cold conditions. im' not bashin' the new efi system, i know that i have to rejet for higher elevations. the fact is though, my sportsman would fire right off if it were stored in a trailer at 20c. so how does your polaris start in the cold?

Its been about -5 degrees here this week (during the day). I have to pull start mine. It takes like 7 minutes until it finally starts up. Then i have to wait like 10 minutes for it to warm up.

Ask again, when it gets good and cold. 3' ice or more and -30. Ice fishing and ice raceing, praying for the cold weather.

later

My SP500 starts right up. I only have to use the choke for a short period of time.

cold is no new thing up here. it is 30 below right now. it usually gets to 40-60 below up here in our winters at some points. I have fired our sportsman 400 right up and plowed the drive way at 40 below before and rode my z400 at 42 below yesterday. LET IT WARM UP but it should start with out any problems. I've put our sportsman through hell and never had a problem. it's a hell of a quad and i wouldn't trade it for any other utility quad
