Just curous to know what would be needed for a 4 to 500 swap. I know I would need carb, engine and exhaust but how about the electrical? I am assuming the 400 and 500 have the same motor mounts. Any info would be helpful since I may be interested in pursuing this project.

 

Any reason whay you would want to switch it to the 500? I would think that you would also need the CDI, fuel pump, air box, and make some clutching changes. I don't know if the motor mounts are the same
