KODIAK 450 REVERSE REV LIMITER
#1
Can anyone tell me if the 450 can be bypassed. I know the Grizz can be, but don't know if the 450 can and if it can, could anyone give specifics on how to do it. I have some details on how to do the Grizz, but the 450 seems to be a little different. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved. Put bigger tires on than stock tires. stock tires spin too much in the mud.
I know this isnt the right anwser, but it made a difference on my quad!!!!
i would love to get the rev limiter taken out on my quad too!

I dont know if you would need 27"s i have the stock size (25inch I think) changed to bearclaws and they do fine in the mud.

Do a search for silverbear. He bypassed the rev limiter on his Grizzley. I followed the same basics and bypassed the limiter on my 2000 Kodiak. It was actually pretty simple and looks good too. Tested it this weekend plowing snow and can't believe what I have been missing!

Hope this helps.
