well, sounds as if your alignment is off, or was once off and someone corrected it without having the handlebars straight.
Put your machine up against a wall, you should not be able to turn the steering either way if it is up tight... this is what you want. as for the back, do the same.. make sure it is tight against the wall.
Now, what you have done is make sure that the front wheel is aligned with the back wheel. if your handlebars are not straight when you sit on the quad, you will need to adjust your tie-rod lengths. be sure to adjust them equally.
Now, take it for a spin and see if it is better.
Finally, pull into the garage straight, put a jack under it, and draw a line down the center of the tread.. something you can get a tapemeasure across.. this line only needs to be about an inch long. Do this to both sides. Now with that line as far forward as it can go, using a tape measure, take a reading for the centerline to centerline distance between the front tires. Write that number down. Next, rotate that line 180 degrees or as far to the back as it can go. Measure again. The book states that the front should be around 1/4" narrower than the back.
If not in spec, adjust both tie-rods equally... or if you noticed that the handlebars were still off, fudge more to the side that is off.
Hope this helps.

Mine was pulling to one side no matter how many times I tried to realign the front wheels.
Tire pressure was good.
It finally was a worn out bearing and ws easily spotted because when the wolverine was lifted off its wheels, the front wheel that had the bad bearing would be a little loose. you could wiggle it slightly...
After I changed both inner and outer bearings on that side, realigned it for good and been running straight ever since.

My 99 wolverine did the same thing after i put a big foot kit on it, it does get tiring riding it all day. I bought works shocks, solved all my problems. Travels straight steers easier and finding more gears through the woods now!
