I like my Kenda Bearclaws, but anything over 10 inches deep you'll just dig in and bottom out.
I do a lot of plowing, but it's a little different. Your clearing a path to drive on at the same time your pushing the snow around.
I hear the ITP radials do well in snow.
Anything is better than stock.

my buddy has a 03 450 kodiak with 26" bear claws and the locking front diff and it works suprisingly good for a bike with 9" of ground clearence.
take a look at my page i just posted some pics of me and my buddy on his kodiak.
we were out playing in the snow today.
the top 4 picks were takein today.
the fifth one was yesterday.

I didn't mention how the Bearclaws are in mud. You have to keep them turning fast in the deep stuff to keep them clean.
There are better mud tires out there, but they may not do as well in snow.
Did I mention they plow snow about 10 times better than stock tires?.
