WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MY 2003 WOLVERINE?
#1
What would you do to make a Wolverine better? I switched the muffler to a stainless MBRP muffler, Did the DYNO Jet kit, put on a K&N Filter with an "Outerwear", Better Skid plate and rear swingarm skid plate. I've got a set of Triple spring ELKA SHOCKS coming. Denton steering dampner.
Any suggestions for the AIRBOX mods? It sure seems like this is restricted??? This bike is for wife as she has to keep up with our Banshees and our DS-650's. I think the ELKA shocks will make a Major difference. All the utility 4X4 Quads have no suspension and this is the real weak point.
Anyone got any other ideas??
Thanks

I have the hi flow FST intake. It gives the intake air a straighter shot to the carb. My airbox lid has 12 one inch holes drilled in it with a section of an outerwear glued over the holes. I also have six of those 1 inch airbox pop in vents. I have been thru some fairly deep water with no trouble.

As far as keeping up with a DS or Banshee its gonna take alot more than all that. You guys are gonna have to let up a little and wait on her, She's wrestling a lot heavier and slower machine.
25' tall tires will increase the top end some, but lose some bottom end power.

I would advise against the Dynojet kit. If, for example, you install a pipe and low restriction air filter, and need to rejet, you would be better off buying a few jets from your dealer instead. New mains are only 4 or 5 bucks apiece.
