Default Should I buy a kfx700?

I'm looking to buy an atv, I am new to this sport. Really interested in the kfx700 for its torque, styling, and auto-transmission. I know it might be too much for a beginer but the automatic can allow me to concentrate more on the throttle rather than the rpms which maybe does make it less difficult to ride, also the 516 lb weight makes it less vulnerable to wheelies and spinning tires. So my question is, will i be able to control it, if not then why? If i do get it i'll take it easy at first. Oh yeah, i'll be doing mostly trail riding.

I bought a vforce and love it .I had not owned an atv since 88 been using friends rides the last couple of years and caught the bug again.Don't let the weight fool you it will pull the front end but I feel it's controllable. It handles the trails really well.

I've had my V for about a month now and love it... This was the
first atv that I've purchased for me. We bought my wife one
several years ago, which I was riding off and on, Its a big
differance from a utility atv, much quicker that the 300 4x4
my wife rides.. (now she wants a Vforce of course) But if you
ride carefully and remember that there is lot of power in that
Vforce, you'll do fine on it.

liek the other guys ahve said, don't ride stupid and remeber there is ALOT of power between your legs. If you do underestamate it you will learn the first time you crash...sometimes it is better to crash because then you know exactly where your limits are

For some other perspective on the V-Force, try this thread.

When I joined the board, indicating that I would be purchasing one in the next six months or so, either the wife or husband suggested I buy theirs, so I went to browse some of their old posts and found out why they were selling it. Some of their complaints were addressed by others in the threads, but I thought I would mention it.

See

also.

I love my V, was a little nervous about buying one at first, now I don't want to ride anything else. Best quad I have ever ridden
