Default Clutch Actuator Breakage!

I've broke the clutch actuator teeth on the rod and the other semi-circular piece twice.

The clutch spring pressure I need is too much for the parts to handle.

Who could fab me some replacement parts that are stronger? Not production, just done by hand in the shop.

Does anyone know if the 2004 DS has upgraded these parts?

Does anyone know if the BMW FI GS has upgraded these parts?

Is there anything that can be done after the fact to the OEM metal parts to increase their strength?

I don't know about better parts but if I was putting the stock parts back in I would Cyro treat them, but you've probably already thought about that, might try Emailing Pami for better parts

i called to order a new shaft and pinion and the dealer told me the 2002 part numbers i gave him have been updated, so maybe the parts will be stronger?
