I would use the dealer for the bumper and hand guards you might pay a few bucks more but you know that they fit and you dont have to modify anything.

Hi Jayblazer! Check this link out for the DG bumper http://www.rageperformance.com/ATValuminum.asp I think the polaris hand guards are going to be your best bet. They fit really good. As for the rims, you should be able to find them just about anywhere. For a few extra bucks I would go with the .190's. I'm thinking about getting them too. I can't decide if I want to pump up the 400 or get a predator. Maybe I'll do both.

You can find everything at Denniskirk.com or rockymountainatv.com. Just so you know,Yamaha wheels fit on the front of the scrammy and Trailblazer. Same bolt pattern and hub size. I would get either .160-.190 for the front and .125 for the rear just to save some extra cash. It seems that the front takes most of the abuse so the rims will get dented. I have rode on the stock wheels for 3yrs and the rear still do not have dents but the fronts are horrable. I just recently went with douglas wheels also.

Go at least .160 on the rears if you plan to jump. You could out-of-round the .125s with a bad landing.
