Is it true that if you get down on your utility pretty often , but not max out or anything, but get it on up there....that it will trash it really quick??

and i hit small like 1 and 1/2 foot jumps....is it true this will rag it out quickly??

No that is not true. Only thing that could really hurt it is revving it in neutral and stuff like that.

Small jumps will not hurt it either.

By the way how do you like your BigBear 400? I am really thinking about buying one for my wife because of the fact they are not an automatic and they have 400cc

it's awesome....its my first atv too, ive been wanting for one for about 3 or 4 years, and this is what i got....but yeah, its reall good...smooth riding, good price compared to a lot of other 400's, pretty basic , and yes i have had no problems so far...and i ride rough on mine, so it can take anything

the only time i rev it up in neutral is if its cold outside and i have 2 get the motor warmed up, but i dont rev it that high at first, cuz thats bad on the motor for sure

Thats a nice ride for your first ATV. At least you don't have to worry about outgrowing it quick with that much power. A few quick low revs in neutral shouldn't hurt a thing.

Have fun!!
