Did you get my PM? in your PM to me, you didn't mention the baffle missing, that will make a difference, takes a lot of restriction out, you may need to go up on the main. Every motor will be different on the mix screw, a good start point is 2 - 2.5 turns from seated, then warm it up and run around, run up to speed in 2nd or 3rd gear, and let it coast, if it pops out the exhaust, it needs to have the mix screw turned out a 1/4 turn at a time unitl it stops. if you get to 4 turns, you may need a bigger pilot. If you don't get a pop or back fire, you should be fine. Good luck, let me know how it all comes out.

1. 135
2. 42
3. 3rd notch down
4. I believe its 2 turns out. Anywhere between 2 and 2.5 you should be ok.

I ran stock settings with the baffle out and it was ok.
