just put 11:1 & stage 1 cam in the raptor while putting the 02 tranny in. also have white bros. e series slip on. and pro flow filter. what kind of hp. should i get out of this setup. and what would be the best front sprocet size.

 

I ran that exact setup for about 2 months..........but when I put tha full system on (Sparks x-6) after that first month.......good gosh did that thing wake up.........TONS more mid and top power.........

The Alba pipe will really open that rappy up.


That looks like a good setup...but I'm pretty sure I'm going with....

Stage 2 Cam
12:1 Piston(unless it requires race gas, then 11:1)
Valve Springs
Port and Polish

 

All dynos are different but, when I had the 11:1 stock bore and stage 1 cam with my current Alba pipe and jetting/no lid it made 53 hp on the dyno I used. You'll be happy with your improvements. My Raptor that day was useing 12/41 gearing. The dyno people put on 18" hoosiers for the test.

PS, that same dyno, that same day dynoed a 2 hour old stock raptor at 30 hp.

 

I figure that would be right for a rappy that was just built and hadn't been broke in, or had the valves adjusted or anything. Rappys definetly need to have pipes to wake them up. I had my stock rappy after I got rid of the other one for 3 days before I put the alba pipe and all that stuff on the LE. I couldn't take it after having the old rappy with the pipe and stuff.

And that is a good power number. I wonder what a 12:1 stage 2, port polish would dyno with the alba pipe???
