Ok I just got a 400ex 05 model with the big bore 440 kit and a stage 2 hot cam.the problem the loud loud stock exhoust.i would like to make it sound stock again somehow without spending a lot of money.what do I need to look for to see what was done to the exhaust.ive never fooled with baffles or ect.i was told the pipe is stock.

 

Someone probably gutted the can looking for more power only to make it louder. Stock exhausts should be cheap used on ebay or Craigslist.
