in stock vs stock which is faster

 

im no expert but im pretty sure the Lakota has 50cc's on the mojave. The lakota is a slow bike but I doubt kawasaki would have put a bigger engine in it if the 250 was sufficient. The two bikes look like the wiegh about the same, but then again im no expert.

 

Mo is a bit faster, about 4mph on the top end.

The Mojave has dual cams, a big barb and 11:1 compression. The Lakota originally was a farm implement type quad. The engine is designed for long life.

Kinda like comparing a race ready 350 against a stock 400 with a 2 bbl carb. The 350 will be faster.

The Lakota has about 70 lbs on the Mo I believe.

 

my mojave can take a stock 300ex no prob. so i say it can handel a lakota, lakotas are nice for woods though.

 

my mojave is at the end of his live and i'm as fast as a lakota

 

I don't mean to change to subject but does anyone know the horsepower of a stock 300EX??? I think the Mojave has like 27-28 hp. at teh cams..

 

i think 300 is around 18 or 19 i think mojave is around 21-22 stock. 400ex is only 26 though.

 

the mojave i think has 21hp and the 300ex has 14hp, how i don't know, even the warrior is less with 18hp and the lakota is 14hp as well,but i know one thing the mojave and lakota can scoot along throung the woods pretty well.
