Very disappointed in customer service....

I've now been "on hold" at Alba for 20mins waiting for someone to answer ONE stinkin' question!!!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img] I finally got frustrated and hung up after the receptionist had come back three times to tell me "Who were you holding for sir? Sorry sir somone will be right with you....." Yea right. I'm gonna call one more time on another day, and If I still get the same service they can bet I'll never buy anything from them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone......... If you couldn't tell I'm a little pissed........ [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

Flynbryan....next time you call Alba, ask for Troy. He hooked me up with anything and everything for my Raptor and helped me with all my questions. He knows his stuff and friendly, too......[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

ya that is a girl thing.. guys usually break stuff and/or kill small animals...
ya thats sucks when your on hold.. and even worse when they forget your there and ask you 9 times what your doing on the line..

I sat on hold with them 2 differnet times for over 10 minutes.........I got the hint ALBA....."we don't want your business" !!!!
But, on a better note, I did order online and had no problems. So, they should stick with the internet.

I called Monday and held for 29 minutes..........called back tuesday and told the receptionist that I WAS NOT going to hold for 29 F@ckin minutes today.........
and the guy picked right up..........LoL
