Default trailblazer 250 mods

ok everyone i just got the rcr kit and let me say it rips im doin wheelies out the a** and it accels really fast. i wana know some cheap mods that i can do to make it faster i was thinkin about boring it .20 over and puttin a wiesco in it. and i was wonderin if i port it do i have to use race gas? thanks everyone

You should save you bores until you need them. A wiesco wouldnt hurt. You can have the head ported and milled. Bubba297 or Rick can set you up with the porting. Depending on how wild you go with the porting and what not, you should be able to get away with premium gas

Boring will do nothing in performance. What you might want to do is mill the head for higher compression.

save your bores and wiseco piston no gain just a waste of time and money in the long run. when it is time to rebuild replace with wiseco and fresh bore. right now i would mill the head, do some trail porting, and change the carb and you'll be all set. that is what i did on my old trail boss 250 and that thing really ripped.
