Top speeds governed??

Supposed to be a Gentlemens agreement with each manufacture, so the government doesn't put mandatory restrictions on them. Also for insurance reasons according to Bombardier Reps. The speed is supposed to stay below 78mph stock.

It's only a matter of gearing. The consumer can do what he wants when he gets the quad home. In all honesty though, who thinks 75mph is safe on a quad? Do you really thinks a stock quad should do 100mph?

dude, there is already too much crap goin around the gov. about quads bein unsafe. if they threw a 1000cc motor in a quad, imagine how many people would get hurt. i'm all for more powerful, and faster stock quads, but there has to be a limit.
