Default HPD website updated!

For those of you who haven't noticed, the HPD site has been expanded and updated....pretty slick. The tech articles are on the way. Should be a nice point of reference for some great performance info. To keep people updated faster, they're going to just be using the site, and not printing new catalogues.

They do have some older catalogues, but with the fever fast pace of product changes, keeping up to date is done much more effectively via the net. If nothing else, maybe someone could access their public library computers. I hear what you're saying, but times they are a changin'.

Wow, maybe I missed my call as a rapper, that rhymed again.

"*Sorry, due to the technical aspects of setting up performance equipment, HPD does not accept email."

With the exception of the statement above, I like the site too - good stuff for good machines. Many inquiries may not apply to the technical aspects of setting up performance equipment. Common might be inquirries regarding technical aspects of products offered. Is this the REAL reason not to accept email? Just my 2c.

Yeah lukester, Ive benn trying to catch 'Daryl' the tech guy there on the phone but he was 'sick' all last week and only works 2 hours a day M-TH (boy that guys got it sacked). I want to buy a 39pwk and air box from them, but wanted to know if there was any thing else needed etc. An email would be pretty easy to me.

In all fairness, if you could see some of the gear that is sent to them, with the attached note "Can you fix this?". Darryll works all day in the shop on R&D and production, then answers the phone and does his best to give some top notch tech help. Pick up the phone, and give him a call in the afternoon, he'll gladly spend all the time needed to effectively answer your questions. If he spent ALL his time w/ e-mails and tech help, there'd never be time to develop any mods. Not meaning to bark at anyone here, but until you see the behind the scenes events, you don't realize how much work is truely invested. It's good stuff Maynard!
