jetting for warrior using t-4 silencer

Default jetting for warrior using t-4 silencer

what jetting do i need to install a pro circuit T-4 exhaust(silencer) its for a warrior

i have no clue i got a t4 just stuck it on and it runs great i got the jet kit laying right here on my desk but to lazy to put it in

You need the jet sizes and needle positions that work with the mods, temps and location you will be riding in.

there isnt any "magic" number or way of telling anyone what to use. You can ball park the size from experience but you have to do some trial and error tests to get to the correct jetting.

There is a buch of sites on the net that give very good step by step instruction on how to do it but be prepared to find they dont all tell you the same way to do it etc.

Its a real pain sometimes but once its right and you find a larger difference in power than when you did the mods that caused the need to rejet you will be happy you did. Plus no many people have "cooked" an engine when it was jetted properly.
