What rear brake calipers are NOT interchangable.

What rear brake calipers are NOT interchangable.
Considering I have the original mounting bracket, aren't all rear calipers the same? I believe the Lt500,lt250,250r,banshee,raptor,400ex,warrior are the same unit, but what about the z400,yfz450,crf450?
I trashed the one on my Zilla, and these things are all over ebay, im looking at one for a z-400 right now, but I cant tell if its the same unit that everything else uses.
