I broke my brake light clean off and was thinking about mounting those radlites back there instead. Does anybody know if they are sold w/ the third wire so they can be used as a brake light?

I actually just found the answer to my own question. Radlites website has an adaptor. Thanks for responding though.

You could just wire up 2 of them, use a bright or bigger one for your brake,
and one that isnt as bright or a smaller one for your parking light
