well my search has ended. the YFZ it is. i left the dealers with a price of 6599.00 out the door. looking for some advice here guys.
1st white or blue? whattaya like? why?
2nd im getting it piped and jetted at the dealer so i can work it in the warranty and i don't have to wrench in -15 degrees.
3rd any other gytr options or add ons you would suggest?
4th what are some of the first things you did with your yfz? setups? bars?
and last what do you think of the price?

I like the white one cuz I dig that red frame...As for as gytr parts? Most of them are pretty darn pricey and your probably better off with aftermarket stuff...You definitely need a good set of skid plates if your riding in the woods...maybe some better tires, oh who am I kidding, the list is endless....

When I get my YFZ the first thing I'm gonna do is ofcourse...
1.Exhaust, filter, rejet.
2.Cam Mod
3.Sand Tires
4.Roll Design Footpegs
5.Roll Design shift/brake levers
6.Remove parking brake
7.Steering dampener
8.And the rest as I see necessary or as the cashflow permits....

Go for the red and white. If by chance you hit a tree or roll it and scuff up the plastic it is not very noticeable on white. It's tougher to keep clean but atleast you won't see the stress marks.
