Anyone have to change one out yet? Any tips or pointers would be helpful. I have to replace mine asap. Thanks.

Never had to change one but had to lube one up after 4 years of use. Mine would, freeze up on me in winter due water getting in the cable. (from power washing). The throttle was stuck wide open, almost slammed into the guy in front of me. The cable lube kit worked perfectly.

Just wondering if your cable is sticking or is totally worn.

If you have to replace it I would remove the necessary plastic panels, cut or loosen the cable ties then black tape the new cable to the old one at the carburetor and try to snake it up to the throttle. I have replaced the brake cable by using the old cable as a snake, worked great.
