Anyone using one of these? I want to hookup my GPS to my battery and I really dont know if it will work or not. Anyone have a setup like this?

I have that exact outlet kit which I purchased to power my GPS as well. Works like a champ. It has a pair of locking ears that keep the plug from comming out of the recepticle unless it it turned 90 degrees (or unless you pull fairly hard). I have not had it come out on it's own as of yet. Another nice feature is that it is marine rated. There is a small seal on the plug that helps keep moisture or water from entering the recepticle if you go through some water.

Ride On.
