Default What Carb is best for my 440?

I have just installed a 440 Bore kit with 10 to 1 compression with a Ross Racing pisten. I have a web cam, and port and polished head with a White Bros E-Series with 12 disks. I am looking at getting a new carb, (Currently stock) I like the Edelbrock Doug Eichner Carburetors .(Click Here to Check them out), but I don't know which one to get? I am also told to look at the Keihin FCR40. I would like to get more power from bottom to top, If you know of even another brand or type of carberator, please feel free to make the suggestion!

Use the very first one on the web site you linked to. choose thumb or twist throttle... I have heard lots of good things about this setup.

I use an FCR 39mm, but I have used it for over 4 yrs now... It works for me...
