If someone sends you money via paypal, how long does it take to post to your paypal account?

 

it really depends on how their paypal is setup

if they are doing say a credit card..it should be instamt
if it's something like e-check out of a savings or checking account..it can take up to 5 or 6 days to complete the transaction

if they send it via E-check, it will show up a "pending" on your ebay account and as "uncleared" on you paypal account until it clears.

 

I figured out the problem. It was me as usual![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] I had not confirmed my email adress yet so it didn't show up on my account.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] But it is pending now.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I used to have my checking tied to my paypal account until I got to reading about some things . So I took my checking off and stayed with my card .
That way VISA can fight with paypal . heres a little light reading for you click here

 

I've had well over 100 transactions and, while PayPal does have some problems, I can tell you that it IS the best solution out there currently. Merchant accounts really suck, they are expensive and end up raising prices to customers. PayPal makes it easy to refund money back within 30 days of the transaction. Credit Card verification with PayPal is the best out there.

As soon as there is something better, I'm all over that - but I'm still waiting.
