Default HELP----Raptor won't rev!

Raptor suddenly won't rev beyond 3000 (guess)! This is while running on the flat. It feels as if the rev limiter is kicking in at low revs I checked all the valves for proper clearance, verified fuel flow, removed air cleaner, removed silencer and still the same Any ideas???

Check to make sure your parking brake isn't partly engaged, that would cause that exact problem

Default HELP----Raptor won't rev!

I fought with my Brothers warrior for 2 days because of a loose parking brake. Exact same symptoms.

I thought about that and traced the wires to the bullet connection below the bars and disconnected it...no change but...do I need to short anything else or connect anything else or just unplug

I believe you have to ground 1 wire. Do a search on Raptor Parking brake or rev limiter and get some more info.

you have to plug the bullet connectors together after you disconnect the wires coming from the lever.

I diconnected the p-brake connector and left hang, I disconnected the clutch bullet connectors and then plugged the bike side into each other...no difference Off to the stealer to see if they can diagnose and fix...now where did I put that lube......
