Hey guys, just looking for a little feedback on a supertrapp race system exhaust . I'm considering putting one on my 97 magnum 425. Can I expect much of a performance gain? It currently has a k&n with stock jetting. How loud is it over stock without the arrester and silencer? I realize it'll never be a speed demon but it certainly can't hurt to find more power. Thanks for the comments in advance..

 

I have an IDS2 system and with all 12 disks in it can be rather loud so I'm sure the race system is a bit louder but I don't have an idea really...

 

I had one on my 425 and it was loud and I only had 7 discs in it.It did pep up the bottom end alot.And I didnt have to rejet even with a K&N filter.

 

Thanks for the info guys. Would this exhaust be quite loud even with the arrester and silencer installed?
I do mostly trail so I don't want to be heard from to many miles away... Thanks

 

THey make a quiet core for the IDSII system that is nt as loud.But the fewre the discs the quieter it is.
